Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for building and managing user communities (including official website, WeChat public account, Baidu Tieba, Douyin, Toutiao, Jianshu, Xiaohongshu, Zhihu, Big Fish, Sina Weibo, etc.)

Achieve user development and maintenance, be responsible for community content, and increase user stickiness;

2. Use small programs and public accounts to improve the overall number of users and the quality of the group;

3. Maintain community activity, interact and maintain contact with users, create topics of interest, and increase the activity of group friends;

4. Pay attention to the communication content of members in the community, and tap and collect the needs and core users of the community users.

job requirements:

1. 1-3 years of work experience;

2. Familiar with the operation of users (fans, communities), and have the operating experience of WeChat groups, post bars and other communities;

3. Has a strong data analysis ability, can effectively analyze the relevant data on a regular basis and draw a landing plan from the data;

4. Do things practically and conscientiously, have a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, and be good at communicating with people.
